The integration between AMPiiN Core and Zaptec enables seamless EV load management by combining local power monitoring with Zaptec’s cloud-based control system.

AMPiiN Core reads live power data from the property’s meter and calculates the available capacity for EV charging. This available power value is then securely sent to the Zaptec Cloud, where Zaptec handles the load balancing and charger control across the connected devices.

While Zaptec manages the real-time distribution of power, AMPiiN Core retains the ability to set charging schedules, apply charging restrictions, and prevent charging during defined time windows. This allows property owners to maintain control over when charging is allowed, while Zaptec ensures chargers operate safely within the power limits provided.
