Hardware
Meet the hardware behind AMPiiN
AMPiiN Core
The AMPiiN Core connects to both P1 and HAN smart meters, reading power data and handling dynamic load balancing. This is the heart of the AMPiiN ecosystem, reading the data straight from the source.
Easy Magnetic Installation
AMPiiN Core comes in 2 parts. The main unit is IP66 rated and can be placed externally on any metal structure. Using the adapter, you can then connect to your meter.
Smart Dual Connection
This device contains both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi allowing for both local and long distance control. The Core also connects to household devices using both network options.
Meter Support
Our list of meter support is constantly growing. We support both P1 and HAN from the same unit. We also have an onboard USB-C port for meters which don't provide power natively.
